Passwords stay with you
Your password stays yours. If a login is required, you enter it yourself on your device. RogueTech can guide the steps without taking possession of the credential.
Remote access is permission-based
Screen sharing or remote access should only happen when useful, and only with your permission. You can stop the session at any time.
Sensitive uploads are limited
Screenshots should be cropped to the relevant issue whenever possible. Keep recovery codes, full card numbers, IDs, and unrelated private files out of support messages.
Plain-English summaries
Support summaries should document what was checked, what changed, what remains unresolved, and whether any outside company, institution, or specialist needs to handle the next step.
