Trust & safety
How I keep you safe.
The rule is simple: collect as little as possible, explain everything, and keep you in control of your own accounts and access.
Your passwords stay yours
I'll never ask for a password. If a login is needed, you type it yourself on your own device while I walk you through the steps.
Screen sharing is your call
We'll only share your screen if it actually helps, and only if you say yes. You can stop it the second you want to — no questions asked.
Keep the sensitive stuff out of messages
When you send a screenshot, crop it to just the problem. Please keep recovery codes, full card numbers, photos of your ID, and unrelated private files out of it.
You'll always know what happened
Every session ends with a plain recap: what we checked, what changed, what's still open, and whether anything needs Apple, your bank, or another specialist to finish.
