Privacy Policy

RogueTech collects only the information needed to evaluate, schedule, provide, document, and bill for support.

Effective April 9, 2026.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, device or platform details, issue description, scheduling preferences, support notes, payment status, and messages you send to us.

If uploads are enabled later, screenshots or attachments should be limited to what is needed for support. Keep passwords, full payment card numbers, government IDs, recovery codes, and unrelated private files out of support messages.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, scope support, schedule sessions, process payments, create support summaries, prevent fraud, improve operations, and meet legal or tax obligations.

RogueTech does not sell customer support records.

Payments

Payment processing is intended to run through Stripe. RogueTech does not need full card numbers on its own servers.

Stripe may process payment information under its own privacy and security terms.

Retention

Support records are kept as long as reasonably needed for customer service, dispute handling, accounting, security, and business operations.

A formal retention schedule should be finalized before broad launch.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information where legally and operationally appropriate.

Some records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons.
